Objective: Acquaint yourself with Bob’s medical history, Physical Examination, Investigations & Management, focusing on key indicators of chronic heart failure presented by Professor Andrew Sindone.

Procedure:

• Watch the video presented by the Professor from start to finish.
• Identify the common risk factors and causes for heart failure based on Bob’s medical history.
• Understand the examination and investigation results related to Bob’s chronic heart failure.
• Pay close attention as the Professor explains the management plan based on the current RACGP guidelines.
• Note: This step is mandatory for CPD qualification.
